Shipping Policy
For Shipping, Please take the following into account when placing your order.
At LeftCoast Extracts, LLC. we take a great deal of pride in our service and products. In order to provide you with the highest quality experience, orders are processed Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) and are shipped immediatly.
During packaging, products are packed in triple layer liners and vacuumed sealed and are properly marked as fragile. While all orders are packed this way, we do not want your order sitting in a warehouse exposed over a weekend.
Discreet shipping
We do discreet shipping on all orders where no one can look at the outside of the order you ship and determine what’s inside.
Discreet shipping hides any idea of what the products inside could be and often removes information that could quickly identify the sender or store.
Additional Notes:
-Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) may not be processed until the next business day.
-All Orders placed after 3 PM (PST) on Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday*.
-Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed Monday*.
-All provided shipping times are estimated and begin once your order leaves our facility.
-No order will be attended to or shipped without Payment Confirmation.
–USPS Priority Shipping is a 1-3 day service. Delivery varies based on the order date, time, and USPS handling.
–USPS Priority International Service is a 6-10 day service. Delivery time may vary based on the order date, time and USPS & customs handling. Recipient is responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by the country.
-Tracking is provided on all orders. LeftCoast Extracts is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
-If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.
LeftCoast Extracts cannot be held responsible for damage or delays occurring in transit.
